1. Pickup Deadlines
If items are designated for warehouse pickup:
- Items must be picked up within three (3) business days.
- Items not removed by the deadline are considered abandoned.
2. Consequences of Abandonment
Abandoned items may:
- Be relisted
- Be forfeited without refund
- Be subject to restocking fees
3. Non-Pickup & Restocking Fees
If a winning bidder fails to retrieve or accept delivery:
- A restocking fee of $10 may apply.
- Buyer's premium, if applicable, may be retained.
- Remaining balance, if any, may be refunded at Bid2Shop's discretion.
4. Shipping Orders
For shipped items:
- Risk of loss transfers upon shipment.
- Delivery dates are estimates.
- Claims must be filed according to carrier policy.
Bid2Shop is not responsible for carrier delays.
5. Inspection Before Removal
If inspection is available at pickup:
- Claims must be made before removal from premises.
- No shortage or damage claims will be accepted after removal.
Failure to inspect does not relieve you of your purchase obligation.
6. Payment Obligations Remain
Abandonment of an item does not cancel your obligation to pay the winning bid, buyer's premium, taxes, or any applicable fees. Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension, permanent ban, or collection action as described in the Terms and Conditions.
7. Contact
If you cannot pick up an item by the deadline, contact Support@bid2shop.com before the deadline expires. Extensions are not guaranteed but may be considered case by case.
